ELLE Gourmet joins the flavour of European Avocado

The ‘European Avocado and Mango: Fruits from the Heart’ campaign launched a special collaboration with ELLE Gourmet through a gastronomic gathering in Madrid, conceived to celebrate the European avocado grown in Spain from a contemporary, health-conscious and pleasure-led perspective. The event brought together guests from the ELLE Gourmet world for an exclusive culinary experience, with avocado as the undisputed star of the table.

A showcooking with Carlos Maldonado to bring European Avocado to the public

The ‘European Avocado and Mango: Fruits with the Heart’ campaign developed a showcooking with Mediaset Spain, led by chef Carlos Maldonado. The initiative brought together familiar faces from the tv including Flora González, Jano Mecha and Alba Lago who took part in preparing avocado recipes to showcase its flavour and value within a balanced diet.
